The Cross Country season generally runs from October to March. Bournemouth AC is specifically involved in the Hampshire League, although other races, leagues and regional championships are open to members.

The Hampshire League consists of a series of five races. Hampshire League races are for those of 11 years-old upwards, right through to the seniors and veterans. Hampshire League races take place on Saturdays, dates are as follows:
